Hi ALL,
I have assigned few users to a group and later assigned few roles to the group. The roles are not available to the users of the groups.
Can you please tell me what is wrong with this approach.

Hi Shilpa,
In general, your approach is good and should be working.
Do a check on the below as it could be the possible soltuion:
1) Go to your Group in the UME and check again if the role is assigned. From the Group, also check if your users exist
2) Check your Role is the settings, such as "Entry Point" are setup correctly
You can do quick test by assigning the role to a user to see if the role appear in the user TLN. If so, then that role is working fine.

Hi Shilpa,
maybe you forgot to enable the 'Entry Point' property?
In each role you need to set this property to 'yes' or otherwise the roles won't be displayed in the navigation.
