How to fill CITY_CODE in ADRC

Hi

I need to fill CITY_CODE field in ADRC table for Business Partners.

table with dictionary for city_code is ADRCITY, but for some cities there are few records in ADRCITY.

so how to choose best? select first I think wont be the best solution.

Do you know any FM to choose it?

I thinking you must set

mandatory filed ~ 'city' in common customize setting for your country....
