Dear colleagues,
We are using S/4 HANA 1709 FPS01 with ISR_RETAIL activated and we have problem with the SAP Help Search. It is working too slow. For example, in transaction MM41, after pressing F4 button, it takes more than 2 minutes to show the dialog box.
So far, we have applied note 2571623 without any results.
We have reset embedded search to initial state with task SAP_ESH_RESET and have repeated the initial setup with SAP_ESH_INITIAL_SETUP_WRK_CLIENT without any results
In addition, when we try to open tcode ESH_COCKPIT, we get 500 timeout exception and we are not able to check the activated connectors.
Any advice how to proceed will be helpful.

Have you tried to run reports ESH_REFRESH_CDS_CONFIGURATION and afterwards ESH_REFRESH_RUNTIME_BUFFER?
