How to authorize or block use of external number ranges?

Dear all,

We have to integrate a PDM system to SAP ERP.
Now we have to lock the "external number range 02" for SAP users, because this number range is only valid for the external PDM system.

Example:

1. Number range 01: 100000 to 190000, internal (for SAP Gui users only)
2. Number range 02: 200000 to 290000, external (for external PDM users only)

We did not find any authorization objects for this use.

Do you have any ideas to solve this?
Any suggestions and tipps are very welcome.

This can't be achieved with MM customizing or PFCG roles, you may need a BAdI to check that the user used a number from the correct external range.
