Error during Workflow Email delivery

Hi Friends,

In my production system we are using workflow, however some users are complaining that the emails do not reach them.

System ECC 6.0/AIX 5.3/Oracle 10.2.0.2

On checking the transaction SOST for that date, I found that it gives the error message as

" Cannot process message, no route from XXXXXXX to SID:YYYYY"

where XXXXXX - is the sender user id

YYYYY - is the receipient

NNN is the production Instance number

What could be the issue with this and how do I solve this problem.

    Hi ,

    I think u have done the email config. And your issues is some of the user are not able to send mail am i right ?

    solutions :

    1 . Please enter the email id of the concern user id in SU01, so that only the email knows the route to send the mail .

    2. The main reason is the concern are didnt have autorization to send mail either in sap or email server. If it is an sap authorization problem chk and give it.

    If it an email server means u have to chk up with email dept, ask them to allow this users to send mail for other domains.\
