SAP BODS repository creation error in Linux

I have recently installed BODS 4.2 SP10 on Redhat 7.3 Linux. I was trying to Create a new repository using repoman. Oracle database is being used to create the repository and there seem to be no problem from Oracle side as the database is up and running fine.

Following command was used to create the repository

./repoman -UUsername -PPassword -SDSREPO -NOracle -c -o

--DSREPO is the name in tns.ora file .

Error Message

(14.2) 04-24-18 15:46:26 (E) (9418:349861696) FIL-080139: Data ServicesError 80139 message text does not exist in file (null). Please contact Technical Support. Message parameters are: <./conf/DSConfig.txt>.

An error occurred during local repository creation. rc = 0.

Please , can some one help me to get this issue resolved ?

This issue is now resolved. Problem was in tnsora and tnslistner file.
