How to change the S-User to download the support packs ?

Hi Guys,

I have created a new solution and added the newly PI 7.1 system there and when i use maintannace optimiser and try to download the support packs it is using a different S-User than mine.

Can anybody help me how can i change the S-user i tried changing in the TX-DSWP - Settings - Global Settings and still it is taking the different S-User and the global settings is greyed out now.

any help would be really appreciated

1. Is it using the S-user that is stored in Global Settings?

2. If yes, did you try clicking the pencil in the pop-up that displays the S-user in global settings? It's in the bottom left next to the create checkmark on the Connection to SAP tab. It's grayed out until you click this icon.

Hi,

it is using the S-user that is maintained in transaction AISUSER.
