DMS: where can I find the content of long text of object links?

I am adding documents in DIR as object links and i also have long text that needs to be attached:

any FM available for that? if not, any idea of where the long text is stored?

I need to make a report where I need to inform DIR number and DIR full description.

Hi,

Long text is stored in DRAD - LONGTEXT ID. This is in Hexadecimal format.

I dont have the function module details.
