test SAP XI connection to SRM

Hi all,

How to check that SAP XI dev server is connected to SRM dev server ? In this scenario proxy set up is established between XI and SRM, but I am unable to confirm that XI dev is connected to SRM dev only. ( and also thr SPROXY I can see the SWCV are same as XI dev but this is not enough to verify )

Please help me.

Thanks.

    Hi,

How to check that SAP XI dev server is connected to SRM dev server ?

In SAP XI system - tcode SM59 check the RFC Destination and do the Test Connection.( HTTP Connection for SRM from XI System )

simply trigger a message from source system and check whether it passes thru XI to SRM, check SXMB_MONI on both systems you shd see the message on both systems with out error.

just log on to ABAP stack of XI and use tcode SM59 and check for RFC connection. click on appropriate RFC connection and test connection.

    Hi,

Yes it is enough. If in case the connection is not proper to XI in SPROXY you would get an error "No Connection to Integration Builder" and only the local object will be displayed and not the XI SWCV.

Also you can test the HTTP connection from SM59 from both XI and SRM.

    Thanks
