I have a requirement to create a webi document using the audit database or querybuilder. This report should display Users | User Group | Report Name | No. of View | Date & Time | Folder Name (Parent)

I am new to audit DB and SQL. any guidance will help.

And have recently configured the audit unx universe by refering to related blogs.

We are on SAP BI 4.1 SP5 with auditing enabled.

You can find a new auditing universe here. Depending on how you have auditing set up, you will probably not be able to get user group (group is not turned on by default). Also, the relationship between user and user groups is NOT 1-to-1.

The user information you get will only be the UserId (user name) - there's no access to the full name or other details of the user in the version of BOBJ that you're running - this info is available in 4.2 SP3 and newer with the new CMS data driver.

Folder is also not turned on by default in Auditing, so that may or may not be available to you.

What is "No. of View"? If it's the number of time the user has viewed the report, you're not going to be able to also display Date & Time, which is a non-aggregated detail.
