How to create an Output Type?

Hi,

I have created a SmartForm and a PrintProgram. Now How can I create an OutputType using these SmartForm and PrintProgram?

Hi,

Goto NACE transaction.

Select the application for whch you want to create the output type. For ex. select EF for Purchase Order.

Click on 'Output Types' button on application toolbar.

Click on 'Display<->Change' button and then click 'New Entries'.

Now fill the required details for output type in the respective tabs and save it.

Click on Processing Routines [on the left-side] to enter the driver program and SAPscript/Smartform name.

goto nace transaction .select any application depending on your requirement.

there you can click on new entries and create your own output type.
