HRHAP_DOC archiving object getting error " THE ILM switch must be set for the variant Used" ?

Hi Experts,

We are trying to archiving HR: Appraisal Documents through archiving object : HRHAP_DOC but we are unable to open the selection-screen due to below error.

"THE ILM switch must be set for the variant Used"

We checked the Authorizations their is no authorization problem is existed in the system.

so, please suggest us to resolve this error.
