How to find whether ERP6.0 or SAP NW7.0 is of which release SR1/SR2/SR3

NW 7.0 SR1 includes SPS 6,
SR2 SPS 9,
SR3 SPS is 13
If you want to know which release it belongs if you havd installation DVDs you can open one of LABLE.ASC files you should be able to see the version.

I would look from service.sap.com/notes.
NW 7.0 SR1 includes SPS 6, SR2 SPS 9, SR3 SPS is 13. For example for contents of ERP SR3 look OSS note 1093628.
