Report on Eligibility in Enterprise Compensation Management ( ECM )

Hello Experts,

Is there a standard report that gives me the list of people who would be eligible for a given compensation plan or a review item ?

Ad Hoc query on IT 0759 is only giving me the people who are already processed under the compensation plan. But not the eligible people on a given future date.
