Hello Friends,
I've set up transaction launcher, to lunch CRM tcode IS01at webclient.
I followed steps decribe at message (SDN FORUM)
My problem is, clicking on the link at webclient, CRM instead of to open IS01 tx, it shows only EASY ACCESS MENU (SAP GUI), and the error message:
Message no. 00031 - Transaction ICEXECUTE is unknown
Does anybody know what I did wrong?
Regards,
Lalas
Hi,
Have you defined in spro/ CRM / UI FRAMEWORK/ Technical role definition/ Transaction launcher/ Define URL'S and parameters?
Give a URL ID with the same name as you have defined it in the wizard
In the field "Request method" select GET
Select Non BSP URL and in the field Mapped LogSys enter the system you have defined in the transaction crms_ic_cross_sys.
In the field URL enter the URL as you have defined it in transaction crms_ic_cross_sys but with a change:
http://<its.domain>/scripts/wgate/webgui? Sap-client=123~transaction=XXXXXXX
Hope this helps!
Best regards,
Roula

Hi,
In CRM system for Tcode CRMS_IC_CROSS_SYS check these enteries for both CRM system and for R/3 system
For CRM System
http://<domain>:<port>/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/crm_cic_rabox
For R/3 System
http://<domain>:<port>/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/CCMP_RABOX
I also was facing same problem when i was launcing R/3 transaction when i was using
http://<domain>:<port>/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui/?transaction=IC_LTXE&okcode=ICEXECUTE
One more addition,
if u want to launch directly IS01 Tcode, then create ur own BOR object in SWO1 and create transaction launcher with this business object , choose parameter and pass Tcode IS01 in value addition in step 5(Transaction Parameters) of transaction launcher wizard

Hi Gaurav,
Thanks for your reply
My ITS URL was:
http://<domain>::8041/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui/?transaction=IC_LTXE&okcode=ICEXECUTE
As you sugested me, I changed to
http://<domain>:<port>/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/crm_cic_rabox
I got te same error.
I've created a new object at tx SWO1 (YTSTC it's copy from TSTC).
I dont know what's going on wrong.

Lalas
Hi Laercio,
How do you have definided our ITS url at t-code CRMS_IC_CROSS_SYS?
Mine is something like this and works very well:
http://<its.domain>/scripts/wgate/webgui!?~transaction=CRM_CIC_RABOX
Kind regards,
Bruno

Bruno,
ITS URL is like that
http://xxxxxx:8041/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui/?transaction=IC_LTXE&okcode=ICEXECUTE
I dont know if this is url is the best way to call a tx in crm.
Lalas
Hi Laercio,
Can you do one more experience.
Try Gaurav suggestion, but replace 'IC_LTXE' by 'IC_LTx'. So the link will be:
http://xxxxxx:8041/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui/!?~transaction=IC_LTX&~okcode=ICEXECUTE
Also try with:
http://xxxxxx:8041/scripts/wgate/webgui/!?~transaction=IC_LTX&~okcode=ICEXECUTE
This is the suggestion provided by note 909497.
Kind regards,
Bruno

Hi D.Varone,
This Thread helps you to resolve this issue. [;
Issue is due to Authorization problem for T-codes : IC_LTX, IC_LTXE and IC_LTXR
U can check the same by Executing the T-code:/nSU53 after user receives Error message.
