How to add missing options (SRP2 and SRP4) for service ticket items?

in the C4C setup there are various item codes available like advance shipment of spare parts, time, service and so on (screens are in GERMAN).

If I now create a new ticket and I want to perform the advance shipment process using customer consignment (SRP3), this can be done fine and the consignment fillup order is created in ECC.

For some unknown reason, I am not able to select within the service ticket the same material and perform the consumption from customer consignment (SRP2) as it is not even shown in the dropdown as well as the customer consignment pickup (SRP4).

It would help really much if anybody could share some intel on this one. I am out of ideas.

simple answer... somehow I never recognized the option to confirm items which were shipped in advance...
