NWDI / NWDS problem

Hi,

I have the following problem (I'm new to NWDS 7.0).

There's already an existing project and I'm a new developer here so I try to sync the inactive DCs and there are files missing, so I can't build the project. When I sync the active DCs I can not edit the files, the dialog will just tell me I am not able to write on these and I cant check them out (just click cancel). When I delete the local project and sync the inactive DCs, they become synced correctly (at least NWDS says so, but I think it's a bug), when I try to create a project from it, then there are files missing again .. wth

I guess theres something wrong with permissions but I just can't pin down the exact problem.
