Efficiency of machines (workcenter)

Hi,

We are using Production order in our scenario. We have defined workcenters as machines (cat: 0001).

As there are a number of machines with similar conf & capacities, therefore we have now defined single workcenters with "Number of individual capacities" more than 1. e.g. 26.

Order creation , scheduling and confirmation is going fine.

Now we want to know the efficiency of each machine 26 machines which are part of a single workcenter. The standard efficiency is 100%.

How to calculate the efficiency of individual machine.

Hi ,

If you want to have efficiency of each and every work center then you can create WC as single machine with category 0001 .

OR create work center as group of 26 with category 0002 and enter average efficiency .

Hi,

Not possible to get efficience for each machines. Assign a single machine as a workcenter.
