Billing documents List

Hi gurus ,

may i know what T/code able to view list of billing doc?

i am a bit blur . in Sales order i can use VA05 list of sales order , but in Billing doc i not sure what transaction code?

Hi,

You use T/code VF04 to see billing due list.

VF05/ VF05N for list billing documents.

VF07 for billing documents frm archive.

Dear wei,

Use VF09 i will give you everything. the one which is cancelled, the one which is open, the one which u want to cancel everything.

I think this will solve your problem

Hi gurus

sorry after i am trying to use VF05 i able to view the cancel invoices. But the problem is VF05 not able to tell me that list of cancel invoice replace by new invoice number.

Is there any list beside VF05 able to shows out a list of cancel invoice number and replace new invoice number.

U can use table VBFA and put the delviery no and execute u will have the doc flow for that delviery. U will find all the billing prepared agsints the same.
