PM orders report with material used

dear gurus

Thru which report i can see my all order nos. with material used in that order on my equipments.

In IW40 i can see this but not able to save this report in excel or anywhere. so please tell where i can fulfill this requirement ?

Hi Vineet,

In the IW40 report you get selections for Equipment/ Period along with Materials used in Order. You can export the same using "Save as a Local File (CNTRLSHIFTF9)" & then select the spreadsheet option.

Another option is Use IW39 report then filter out your selection based on Equipment/ period. Once inside the repoer then follow this path.

Select the desired orders -> Goto -> List of Available Materials

Then this list of materials can be exported to excel or can be saved as local file.

Actually such type of report is not available in Standard SAP. But we have achieved it by converting this IW40 transaction(which is in hierachy ) into excel grid fromat. The new transaction created for ZWOC actually it is a report which gives all order cost. IT is developed by joining AUFK,AFIH, AUFM, AFRU, COBK & COEP tables & selection criteria we have given like IW40. This report gives us the order list when we inputs plant & Material(Component) in selection criteria & it also downloadeble.

What is ur selection criteria? U can get the requierd report from this Tcode.

Give the order type , Select all three order status and define the period.

I am not getting the requirement clearly. In IW13 it will show only those order where the material is updated in component tab & also give the information is that material is withdrawn or not.

Pl. tell me what data you want in output.

You can write Query for the selection criteria what you given in your last post. use AUFK, AUFM & fetch the data as per your selection.

that thing I will do but this requirement is of my user.

they want order nos. & the componenets which issued against maintenance order as output and want equipment no., period in selection.

I think my last answer will satify the requirement no need to make Z development also.

You make the query & tell user how to use. Or Assign a new Tcode to the query program & tell the user only Tcode. But i am unsure whether you know how to assign the T-code to Query program. If developers are present at your plant plese take their help to assign T-code to Query program.
