Automatic batch status

Hi Experts,

I am ABAPer , I am looking for the UserExit or Badi for the below requirements.

To Make Automatic Batch ststus "unrestricted" for defined material,under defined settings through quality info record,material master and defined vendor.

Please suggest solution

Dear,

Goto MSC2N transaction and change the status to unrestricted.

The automatic batch status must happen when PO is created and GR created
