Production order material availability check is showing All materials are available

We configured Z availability check like in the screenshot assigned to the components

stock and purchase requisitions are not available.

Created production order for header material but production order is showing All materials are available but stock and purchase requisitions are zero.

Hi guys please help for this issue.

Wouldn't it make some sense to show your MRP data and a screenshot from MD04 or CO09.

We do not know for which date you created your production order and do not know if there is a open purchase order which is expected to be received before the production is started.
