Hi,

For such settings you have do settings in T.code OPJK (Order Controls).

Select your order type and plant and Transection type 2 (Order release).

Select option 3 No release if parts are missing for Release Material.

Dhaval

Dear,

Check in Define checking control OPJK.

kindly maintain in IMG menu whether the order should be released or created if the materail is shortage. In T code OPJK

for your plant and order type make the settings as per your requirement.

Select your order type and your business function 1 or 2.

1 is for order creation.

2 is for release.

Make sure the following setting to control the order if missing parts found:

1.Remove indicator mark in No availability check

2.Indicate Check material availability when saving the order.

3.Type of comp check: ATP check

4.Material release: 2 release if parts are missing.

And assign the avilablity checking group at Mrp View of Header materail. With above settings, if any any missing parts for components sytem will allow to save Production order. And you will get a Error Massage Missing Parts

Hi,

Use tcode OPJK - define checking control. select your plant & order type, Select function type 2.

In material availability area,

1. Remove tick mark from NO check

2. Checking rule - PP ( check in tcode OPPQ or OPPR)

3. Check type - ATP

4. Release material - No release if missing parts.

Now you can create production order, but if missing parts found system will not allow to release the order.
