transfer hu with special stock Q from HU-STL to another HU-STL

Dear All

I want to transfer one handling unit that has special stock Q in HU Storage location to another HU storage location in HUMO transaction code but system take error :

Special Stock Q not supported (check your entry)

Message No. M7146

OR in VLMOVE transaction we want to trasfer with two step 313 and 315.

Please Guide me how can transfer one Handling Unit with Special Stock Q between Storage location?
