EWM Table that stores ERP Sales doc. number, Picking Confirmed Qty & piking required Qty

Hello Experts,
i am looking for tables in EWM which display values for Sales doc. number, Picking Confirmed Qty & Piking required Qty, partial delivery, delivery etc..
How can i link or connect EWM tables with the Sales tables in ERP?

Hi Patrick,

You can use EWM Outbound Delivery database table /SCDL/DB_PROCI_O or /SCDL/DB_DLVI_O. You can use the same for linking EWM table with ERP.

There is no direct tables available to get Sales order number.

Table: /SCDL/DB_PROCI_O, Input: DOCNO

Hello Patrick,

unfortunately there is no such table. The data model of the EWM outbound delivery order uses multiple DB tables for different aspects such as reference documents (like the sales order item) or the various quantities. You also have to consider hierarchies, when there is more or one item in EWM that is one from the sales order point of view.

I cannot get exactly what you are planning to do from your questions. One option might be to use the QUERY in /SCWM/CL_DLV_MANAGEMENT_PRD (in most cases the read option DATA_RETRIEVAL_ONLY will be sufficient).
There are also BI extractors for completed documents or virtual data models (VDM), depending on the software product (EWM or S/4HANA) and the release you are working on. You can check the respective application help to find out what is available for you.
