Maintenance Optimizer - go to select files phase error

Hi all,

I want to use Maintenance Optimizer to download support packages.

After creating Maintenance Transactions, I select a Product Version and a system in the Enter Basic Data area in the Plan Maintenance step.

Then i click "Continue" button, the system messages shows below:

1. Information : Procedure 8000000019 Saved

2. Warning : Status was reset by system

3. Warning : There is already a transaction for the systems of this product version

The result is i can't go to Select Files step.

Can anyone help me?
