subroutine accepting only text values

Hello Friends,

I have used subroutine to calculate excise related details like bed and sed for sales order, im getting the proper values for the same but this values are printed without any comma in between because itcsy structure passes text value only.

for eg bed is printing as 2500 but i want to print on sales order as 2,500.00

Pls let me knw how i can get this?
