Release button not available in Service entry sheet ML81

Dear All..

Release button is not available. while Creating Service entry sheet Through ML81. Any standard settings is Required.. ?..any one Pls. Give me the Details

Hi,

It could be due to missing authorization.

You can control the authorization to accept a service entry sheet with

the activity 75 of the authorization objects M_BEST_BSA

M_BEST_EKG

M_BEST_EKO

M_BEST_WRK

Activity 75 : acceptance of service entry sheets

76 : entry of service entry sheets

To accept the service entry you need both authorizations because when you accept a SES the acceptance flag of the entry sheet is changed will be changed and this is a document change. Therefore you need 75 and 76.
