Configure scheduled report by mail



I'm triyng to get a report by email from SAP Business One 9.1 on Hana. I configured the mailer and i'm now able to send a message from business one to my email address. But when i configure an alert to be sent by email or a scheduled report to be executed and sent by email nothing happens the report is never launched (neither is the mail alert event if it's launched and result sens by internal messaging.

Can anyone help?
