CMC webpage error

I have just installed Business Objects XI R2 running SP3. We are using Windows Server 2003, IIS 6.0 and Sql server 2005. After the install I am able to use Desktop Intelligence and Designer, but when trying to access the CMC webpage I get the error:

The XML page cannot be displayed.

Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

I have tried reinitializing IIS and restarting the computer but still am unable to view the web page.

What else can I try?
