Copy/pasting an element vs. creating an element from scratch

Hi all,

I'm in the middle of creating my business process hierarchy in SM 7.2's Solution Documentation and since a lot of my elements have similar attributes I figured it would be easier (and time-saving) to copy/paste elements and then change their names vs. going New -> Process Step or New -> Business Process and adding in all the attributes again.

My question is, would there be a risk if I copy an element and simply change its name instead of creating an element from scratch and having to add in all of its attributes all over again?

    Hi Ezekiel

    I am going through the same exercise and while I don't have the final answer yet, but I can warn you about any activity where you will need to do a mass Logical Component Group update at a later stage - that's a problem.
