Slowness issue during initial login after the system restart

Hello ,

We have S4HANA 1610 FPS02 system running on HANA 2.0 SPS01 database.

We are facing slowness issue when the first user logon to the system(after the system restart). Also,the initial transactions are taking time to open. Once the transaction is loaded for the first time with slowness, the same if we try it for further it will be faster.

Can you please help us on this issue.

Hello ,

We tried changing the parameter reload_tables value as false and restarted the server.

About Parameter - reload_tables

On system startup, the parameter reload_tables enables (true)/disables (false) automatic reload of tables that were loaded before shutdown.

But still we are facing the same issue.

Thanks for your reply.

We checked the snote 2000000 and we analysed the mentioned traces as well.

But our issue is different from the mentioned issues in the snote .

Kindly suggest on this further.
