Google Maps in China

Hello

We have a single C4C tenant used by our global users from all countries, Currently we are rolling out C4C in China for users from China.

We have activated the google maps for accounts and visits for all users. But users in China are complaining that they cannot access the map view for accounts and visits.

Apparently google is banned in china as per one of our users.

What is the alternative, is there a way we can call any other maps mash up for China users while the other users from e.g. North America, Europe continue to use google maps mash up.

Has any one faced this issue. Currently the Users in China only see a blank view.

I hope you are fine.

Since the release 1705 of SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer, the system has a new option of mashup maps, the AutoNavi Maps.

This mashup can be used specially for China based customers which does not have access to Google Maps or Bing Maps.

You can keep the Google Mashup activated in your system, once both Google and AutoNavi Maps can work simultaneously in the same system.

To activate the AutoNavi Maps, please raise an incident and send it to Cloud for Customer support.
