Lumira Server BI Platform Unable Document Open

Hi all,

please help me fix this error in picture attach when i open lumira 2.1 document from BI lunchpad.

- BI platform version : 4.2 SP3 (no patch)

- Lumira server 2.1 SP00

what is the Operating system ?

If this is not the case for you, I suggest you to create incident with component "BI-LUM-SRV-BIP".

1. Make sure Lumira server is Up and Running in CMC->Servers->All servers
2. Take a backup of tomcat work folder.
3. delete/rename BOE folder in tomcat folder.
4. Restart the tomcat.

I tried update BI platform to 4.2 sp3 patch 13 but still error.

please guide me in detail
