[Help] Prints a line of XCJ(X@Y*&##@ from from viewer

I have a crystal report definition specify printer to (Epson LQ2180 ESC/P 2) and paper size to Letter Fanfold 8 1/2 x 11 in.

Form Viewer Preview Scenario 1

Default Printer: PrimoPDF Paper Size: Letter

Form Viewer Preview 1 looks fine

Form Viewer Preview Scenario 2

Default Printer: Epson LQ2180 ESC/P 2 Paper Size: Letter Fanfold

Form Viewer Preview 2 only half appear (looks like report size letter but get truncated in A5 size). Print Preview have 3 pages but it come to 6 pages when export to PDF from from viewer (Another display on extra 3 pages).

1. Printing from form viewer preview 1 using PrimoPDF printer, paper size letter, working fine (save as fileOutput1.pdf)

2. Printing from form viewer preview 1 using Epson LQ2180 ESC/P 2 and paper size Letter Fanfold 8 1/2 x 11 in, not working. Printer prints a line of "XCJ(X@Y*&##@" , beeps and stop printings.

3. Printing from form output file (fileOutput1.pdf, open with adobe reader) from step 1 using Epsong LQ2180 ESC/P 2 and paper size Letter Fanfold 8 1/2 x 11 in, also not working getting the same error message in step 2, prints a line of "XCJ(X@Y*&##@", beeps and stop printings.

Does anybody has any idea about this?
