Line item reversed in delivery from sales order

Hi Friends,

Please help me.

Sales Order

Line Item Material Item cat Higherlevel

10 A TAC

20 B TAN 10

With refrence the above sales order created delivery

Delivery

Line Item Material Item cat Higherlevel

10 B TAN 20

20 A TAC

In delivery the line items are been reversed can you please explain me why this happend.

We have a decentralised warehouse so after the delivery has created and automatic idoc will go to another client.

there we are getting an idoc error stating that for line item 10 the higher level 20 does not exists.

actually a delivery needs to be created with the help of idoc.'

please help me.

Since in your case, the material has interchanged, you need to check your copy control from order to delivery in VTLA.

Go to VTLA, select your item category for the combination of your sale order type and delivery type and see whether you have maintained the following:-

Order requirements::::101

Item data::::::::::::::::::101

Business data:::::::::::::2
