Use of CJ3A

Hi,

I would like to know the use of CJ3A, what type of document is it changing? is it only used for changing text name and text only?

When ever u do budgetting and any chages (budget updates) to it system generates document. While doing budgeting u can input some text as remarks or reference. This text can be changed using CJ3A.

So you change only the text but not the values using CJ3A.

You can run CJI8 report to see budget docment generated for each budget transaction.

Just one point to add- it allows you to enter std. text for the budget document.

By CJ3A u can not change any thing.

it is used to see changes in budget by Document no.

when u make any change in budget always one document generated.
