SystemA and SystemB in book...confusion??

Hi,

I am have a confusion. What I am trying to do is solve the configure SAP XI according to instructions given in book "SAP Exchange Infrastructure for Developers". It says you have to do this in SystemA and SystemB. Here, SystemA and B are Business systems.

For eg. It asks to create RFC-KCOMM for SystemA and System B via SU01. But how do I create it for specifically for SystemA and B. I mean do we need to use some different login to make changes for business systems in SAP XI...I am totally confused. If anybody has tried using this book please advice me.

HI

You dont need to login as a different user. You should have authorizations to create a user in SU01. If you are not having then ask someone with XISUPER role assinged. May be an admin

You need to create that RFC-KCOMM RFC user. This user should have PIAPPLUSER roles.

Can anyone please ans the question...I am just scared that all the configuration done so far should not go waste as I have spend lot of time learning and configuring it...
