Relationship between 0CALDAY and 0CWEEK

Hi SDN community,

Is there any way to dump out from BW the relationship of all the dates for:

Relationship between 0CALDAY and 0CWEEK

A Query on a cube will only export only what is in the cube.

We require all time.

Unless there is a formula to derive it, which takes into accout Leap Years.

Thank you.

Simon

Hello,

Just to share, when ever I have a data loading that only contains 0calday, I just create a routine that uses DATE_GET_WEEK from which the input is the 0calday then the result is stored in 0calweek.

or if 0calweek or other date info is given I use the class

CL_RSAR_FUNCTION and check out the applicable logic.

hope this helps.

Hi all i have had this success so far, but am looking for rules to generate instead.

Thanks.

Simon

Yeah I only did it for 2007.

10:18:04 AM◄If you go to a cube or table eg BPM_C03 that contain CalWeek and CalDay then unselect everything for display except these two fields and click DB Aggregation then you get the calday and its corresponding CallWeek.

10:18:40 AM, so that's what DB Aggregation is for!

10:19:29 AM...As I said I jst did for 2007 and if you want to go into the future you will need a cube or table that contains records for each day for the period you want.
