how does the system know in what bin the material should go ...is there any config we have to do ......how does the sys know that the bin is full and it has to place the material in the empty bin

- based onthe placement strategy in the material master WM views.

based on this strategy adn you define the search strategy in the config

Yes you have to do lot of config

.how does the sys know that the bin is full and it has to place the material in the empty bin

based onthe capacity defined for bin type and the weight data enter in material master WM view as well as basic view.
