Hello,
Tried to create service order on web browser in E-Service. Order created succesfully on Web browser. If I open the Order in the back end(CRM) system, it is created with the error 'Transaction is incomplete: Enter Main Object'.
So, I have checked in the Objects tab of Transaction data, it shows Install base and component values properly. If I delete component and enters the same component value and hit the Enter, the error was deleted.
As per my observation, in the Status tab of Transaction data, it has the multiple statuses as 'Open', 'Contains Error' & 'Incomplete General'. When I re-enter the same component value in the Objects tab and hit the Enter button, the statuses 'Contains Error' & 'Incomplete General' are deleted. So, I dont see any error.
Please help me how can I rectify this error?

Check "Order Completion" procedure in the backend and see if there are any configuration for checking something exotic that would cause this to happen
