Mapping Item Master Data without BP catalogue Number

I have 10 items .Out of which 5 items i want to map with one customer and all all 10 items with other customer without BP Catalogue number.

When i enter sales order , i want to list those items only which the customer purchase.And remaining items should not appearing for that customer.

How to map item master without BP catalogue number

Hi,

From Form settings, activate BP catalog number. While creating sales order, select BP catalog number instead of item number.

So that, you can see only those items belongs selected customer.

Hi

you can use an item property to identify the first customer items, and other property to identify the second customer items.

You have to create a FMS to show the right items for your criteria.

Or you can develope an addon to modify the standar behavior of the choosefromlist that shows the items in the form, adding a new condition for your requisites.
