SAP Cloud Platform Workflow -- can't resolve "$" identifier

I was trying to use the mail task to send an email to a specific recipient, but I got an error like it below:

In my task, the value of the "To" in the mail task is:

I'm confused about it, because in the development document, the mail task can contain the JUEL.

Does anybody know where is the trouble in my task?

Any suggestion of you will be very helpful to me!

Hi Joy,

you can also use JUEL expressions in the field for the body. So in case all the recipient fields and the subject look good, check the HTML resp. text body fields.

I tried doing the same with one mail step and it worked perfectly fine. Can you please attach the complete workflow context and when do you fill this mail id?
