When I go to the "E-mail Inbox" workcenter in the webui, and click "Transfer to CRM" of an e-mail I get the following alert message:
"SAP CRM solution cannot access Microsoft Outlook
Apllication was stoppen"
A hint on where to configure or resolve this would be very much appreciated

I am facing the same issue - message "SAP CRM solution cannot access Microsoft Outlook
Apllication was stopped" appears when I select the "Transfer to CRM" link. Can you please confirm which Java version you installed to resolve this?
