We have issue with administrator password so we tried to reset using

we untared file directly under /opt/sap/scc and restarted cloud connector from then the url is not reachable error is "page can't be displayed"
I suspect it had over written many files under /scc we don't have backup of FS.
I have compared with other system status at the end we are getting the message like
'scc_daemon: Cloud Connector 2.10.1 started on https://localhost:8443 (master)'
in my service status I could not see this message but showing as service active
Can someone suggest us on how to proceed
