How to establish link to Enterprise portal

Hi,

We are using ECC- DMS and Enterprise portal (EP). Some of the DIR types are showing up in the portal and some of the DIR types are not showing up in the portal

1) Is there any settings that needs to be established between ECC and EP ?

2) Is there any configuration needs to be either from the portal or from the ECC?

3) What might be the reasons ?
