Hi All,

I am having trouble with capturing data from SD into COPA. I have already mapped SD condition types with value fields and activated the Profitibilty Analysis but still values are not showing up ? Do I have to change the cost elements for the GL accounts to Revenue or Sales deduction categories for posting it to COP or i m missing other config step. how can I caputre value of statistical SD condition types in to COPA ?

Also how can I create a new entry in KEKE or KEKF ?

Thanks

MKR

Hi,

Revenue type cost element should created with category "11" and sales deduction type cost elements should be created with category"12".

Hope this helps you.

Thanks,

I am facing the same issue with condition type MWST. As the assigned GL account is a balance sheet account (Liability Account, Output Tax Payable), we can't create a cost element for this GL account. What else can be done to make sure the value flow of condition type MWST to COPA?

I got the answer from Note 20254.

Unless you have a 3 way set-up for account determination, you will not post any real postings to COPA from SD.

i.e. you need to have type 11 and type 12 cost elements created.

does releasing the invoice triggers any error message?

the cost element in CO has to be "11" in order to post it to CO-PA

You can also use transactions KE21S, KEAT, KE4ST to investigate possible errors.

I am not certain what you want with KEKE, you switch it on once, and thats it? You probably cannot change it because config is disabled in the client where you are trying to make changes.
