bakgroung jobs in ready status.

Hi all Basis gurus,

Please suggest any solution for this issue.

In bw sytems some b'jobs are sitting in "ready" status.So every time we have to manually swith it to active from sm37.There are enough workprocess(background) and at the same time in sm21 we are getting the error message."Database error: TemSe->XRTAB(2)->1 for table TST01 key"..........Failed to create log for job BI_xxxxxxxx_ABAP. and we are also getting the abap dump DBIF_REPO_SQL_ERROR.Please help me in solving the issue.

What is your kenel release and patch level?

Hi

Please also make sure you have enough space, job logs can depending on your configuration be kept on the filesystem /sapmnt/SID/global/<client>JOBLG. Please do also check if you have space in the database for the table TST01.

You can start by runnning a TEMSE consistency check in SP12 and remove any "inconsistent" objects
