T-Code Solution_manager with error

Hello experts,

I 've been a big problem with the transaction solution_manager. I've been configurate the maintanence optimizer in my solution manager, but when a into in solution_manager transaction and I go in create a new transact, I put the level and the title, and after I to make a choice my product and my logic component, show me two warnings .

Status was reset by system

there is already a transaction for the system on this production version

and I cant to do more anything.

I already tried to change user, create a new system but show me this same problem.

plase as soon as anyone could me help I appreciate

Hi

The error only means that you already have created a maintenance transaction in Solution Manager for the said combination.

Try withdrawing / deleting all the Open Maintenance transactions for the combination and it should work.

Hi,

I am facing the same issue.

are there any transaction hidden or needs to be deleted from the tables?

I have deleted and recreated the maintenance transaction.

first you have to finish all maitenance optimizer create with status open after this you can create again.

folow this steps

in t-code solution_manager

1 - click change management

2 - click transaction monitor

3 - unchek the chekbutons and after in the option partner function write 000000 to zzzzzzz push F8

4 - select the operation create and after change the status to close..

make this change in all operation after this you can create new operations
