can't see data with BX loading in stock cube

Hi.

I have a problem when i load my stock cube (0ic_c03).

I begin with a BX loading for initial stock. With this operation, i can't see any data in my cube.

After, when i load the BF, everything is OK, i can see the corresponding data in the cube.

Do you know why i can't see the data from the BW loading?

Thanks,

Adrien

When I lauch the bex analyzer, i can see all the data (BX and BF), but not in the cube.

strange, no?

Hi Loire,

The reason for unable to see the data in cube is the non cumulative keyfigures concept.

Using BX we arrive at reference stock, that will be used later for evaluation of non cum keyfigures at runtime.

So when we load data using BX, although we have records added, but they cant be seen in the infocube display data, where as a report would be able to read the same.

Hope I am clear enough.

Great, very helpful, thanks for your answer

Ok, now, i want to push the 0ic_c03 informations into another cube aggregated by month with 0material, 0plant, 2-3 others charac. et 3-4 key figures.

Into these KF, I have my non cumulative KF => total stock.

I think it's my real problem... Now I retrieve in this cube AND in the bex reports only the BF loading.

How to keep the bx informations?

I think the solution is here :

/ extra / Maintain-non cumulative values

Anyone can explain me how to use this fonction? (and how to keep my informations, so...)

thanks,

Adrien

Loire,

probably your intention could have been either to create snap shots or store the data in an aggregated format.

If it is about creating snap shot, in which case your infoprovider will store the stocks, unlike the earlier case of 0IC_C03, where the stocks are calculated at the report runtime. For this approach, the how to document for inventory explains how to do this.

If the intention is storing the information of BX is a more aggregated form, then we need to load BX seperately to the second infoprovider as well, with the required characteristic set.

If we try to load the data of 0IC_C03 to infoprovider 2, then the stock initialization cannot be acheived, only reason being the stock init pointer of the BX datasource.

Do let us know, if you are looking for something else.

thanks for the solution

But I think a can't agregate my cumulative ratio (calculated by day) by month, and my new cube is so useless
